2. No image contained on this web site may be reproduced, copied or used in any form or proportion for any purpose without the prior authorisation of Quality Photo Services.
3. No image contained on this web site may be reproduced, copied or used in any form or proportion prior to full payment having been received by Quality Photo Services, unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.
4. All images will be provided as a JPG file in RGB format at 72 dpi, by email up to a maximum size of 5MB.
   Higher resolution JPG or TIF images will be subject to prior agreed increased fees, dependent on use.
   An additional charge to cover postage & packaging will be levied for images provided on CD.
5. All images are licenced only for the purpose/s contracted to and for a maximum period of two years.
6. No image contained on this web site may be used for any other purpose than that agreed with the authorised Registered User, without the prior authorisation of Quality Photo Services.
7. No image contained on this web site may be used for any illegal or immoral purpose.
8. Copyright ownership of every image used by an authorised Registered User will remain with Quality Photo Services unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.
9. Authorised Registered Users are not allowed to permit or transfer usage of any image contained on this web site to any another party, whether an individual, organisation, business or company etc, without the prior authorisation in writing of Quality Photo Services.
